Suezmax FRATERNITY stranded in Atlantic, Argentine has no money to pay for oil

Crude oil tanker FRATERNITY is stranded in the Atlantic off Puerto Rosales, Bahia Blanca, Argentine, with some 160,000 tons of Nigerian crude Escravos on board, because State-run Argentinean oil company ENARSA, the buyer of oil, can’t collect money to pay for the lot. Escravos has to pay $53 million.
